1. Pretreatment Stage: 40kHz low-frequency ultrasonic waves strip large-particle contaminants from the workpiece surface.
2. Main Cleaning Stage: Water-based solvent performs emulsifying cleaning at 60℃.
3. Rinsing Stage: Water circulation rinsing.
4. Precision Cleaning Stage: Fluorinated solvent vapor phase cleaning.
5. Drying Stage: Vacuum drying + hot air circulation.
